ART COLLECTOR STARTER KIT X

CHG was created with the intention of making art available to collectors of all ranges, with the radical assertion that ‘art for the elite only’ is a distortion of the real purpose of art − to create something that stirs the hearts and minds of everyone and anyone who can view it

January 13 – February 17, 2024

Corey Helford Gallery (CHG) in downtown Los Angeles will kick off the new year with the tenth edition of its annual Art Collector Starter Kit group show (ACSK X). The exhibition will showcase an array of affordable, brand-new 12” x 12” artworks from over 75 established and emerging artists hailing from various corners of the world.

Running until February 17th in the Main Gallery, ACSK X presents an excellent opportunity for new collectors and art enthusiasts with limited space or budgets to acquire an original piece from their favorite CHG artists. The concept behind this popular annual group show, which originated in 2013, was to provide smaller, more affordable works by beloved artists, making art accessible to a broader audience. CHG remains committed to its mission of spreading the joy and satisfaction of art appreciation and collection to the general public.

Every year, the artists are asked to submit works that are 12” x 12” in size and what we receive is an explosion of creativity in a multitude of mediums (including oil, acrylic, charcoal, sculpture, and installation). The result is an exciting and varied show where all in attendance are sure to find something to delight their tastes and ignite their passions.
